The mission of the Mentoring @ DELTA program is to foster collaboration, expand skillsets, and encourage community. The vision is to expand Chronus across campus for a more diverse and immersive experience.  

Program Goals:
1. leverage skills from mentors to provide training and leadership opportunities
2. facilitate succession planning and knowledge transfer
3. further promote organizational transparency
4. increase retention
5. foster a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of community for all staff, regardless of the employee's position in the organization
